This work is deeply relational. We are not meant to live, heal or evolve in isolation. We are human beings shaped through connection, and we thrive in genuine presence with others. Here, you are invited to be human—not performing, fixing or functioning but sensing, feeling and relating.

WORK WITH ME IN PORTUGAL

1:1 BREATHWORK SESSION

This session is tailored to your current state, intentions and unique needs.

We begin by tuning into what feels present and alive for you in the moment, creating space for exploration and intention.

The heart of the session is a 75-minute guided Breathwork journey with hands-on facilitation. I support your breath mechanics and gently attune to what arises from your subconscious—emotions, memories, or insights—allowing them to surface for processing and integration.

We close by grounding you in the present and reflecting on your experience, supporting meaningful integration into your life.

BREATHWORK CIRCLE

A Breathwork Circle is a beautiful opportunity to connect with the wisdom of your own breath, body and psyche—held in an intimate space of true connection, acceptance and healing.

There’s a special energy that arises when we come together to share our vulnerabilities and the parts of ourselves that so often get lost in today’s fast-paced world.

These intimate Breathwork retreats offer a space to slow down and explore yourself through breath, somatic exploration, time in nature and genuine presence and connection. 

This is not about fixing or optimizing, but about reconnecting—with your body and psyche, with others and nature. A space to listen, process and integrate.

PRIVATE RETREAT

Private retreats can take many forms, depending on your individual needs and intentions. Some people come for just a few days, while others stay for several weeks.

For some, the retreat includes a full experience with daily Breathwork sessions, self-inquiry, movement and other practices. Others may simply wish to have Breathwork sessions over a few days.

Accommodation and meals can be included—but they don’t have to be. Each retreat is tailored to meet you where you are.
