I am specifically referring to those that alter states of consciousness, such as conscious connected breathing. My deepest wish is that everyone could have access to these modalities—both in terms of location and financial ability. Yet, from what I have witnessed and experienced myself, I believe that some things are too sacred, too vulnerable, to be shared, processed, and integrated through a screen. I have been asked many times if I offer online sessions, but I have never agreed to offer a single one, even if it meant missing out on work opportunities and financial income. These words come from a tender place within me, co These words come from a tender place within me, coming from my own lived experiences. As an empath, I’ve given from a place of naive innocence, believing my overflowing heart was meant to pour endlessly into others. I gave without limits, without discernment. Unnoticed, my boundaries, values, autonomy, and sense of self faded each time my compassion excused someone else’s lack of responsibility, their words, and behaviors. Why? Because deep down, I was afraid—afraid of abandonment. I longed for love and belonging so desperately that I overextended myself to make it happen. The harsh truth: what I once thought was selfless compassion wasn’t entirely selfless after all. I wanted to be for others what I always wished for myself—a steady, loving space that could hold the depth of my emotions. If this resonates, hold yourself with grace here. Some people took advantage of this, they latch onto the wounds and feed off them. They did until the pain broke me down and cracked me open. A moment that asked me to sit down, be radically honest with myself. I knew this is a portal for growth and I decide to face it all step by step. I gathered the broken pieces of my body and psyche, tended to the wounds beneath them, and created a safe space for them to surface. I listen closely to what they were teaching me about myself. This journey had to be different, it had to be grounded in self-respect, responsibility, and love. If you find yourself in a similar situation please know that you don’t have to do it alone. I certainly didn’t and I am forever grateful for the mentors, close friends and family that loved and supported me through this. Those experiences taught me to cultivate an embodied sense of my worth, my needs, my boundaries, and what I truly value. Boundaries aren’t walls; they create a space where I can love others and myself simultaneously. If this resonates with you this journey might be rough at times but it is so worth it. Dive into the depth of your psyche, listen to your body, trust your heart & soul to know when to hold on… and when to walk away. And please keep your heart of gold, but this time—with discernment and an unshakable love for yourself.

Hearts open like wildflowers, our bodies lean into each other, bare feet against the sacred earth. My heart softens in your embrace, holding even the parts of me I have yet to understand. I look at you, and all I see is a vastness of genuine kindness, a fierce soul, a drumming courage to rewrite the story of women, a peaceful warrior, a devoted mother. A keeper of ancient wisdom. We are daughters of the moon, mothers of stories untold, sisters bound not by blood, but by the echoes of a thousand lifetimes. Our healing— it is a song sung together. We’ve forgotten how to be with ourselves, understand the language of our psyche, and truly listen. We’ve stepped away from the journey of self-exploration and the awe of life itself. AND TRUST ME, I GET IT! Most systems thrive on our disconnection from body, psyche, and nature—until we choose to pause and unlearn. Until we return to something more innate, meaningful, and human. The intention of this retreat is to create spaces—outside, inside, and interpersonally—where we feel safe enough to explore ourselves. A belief A prayer - for us to return to humanity In a world that moves relentlessly forward, giving away our responsibilities, intuition, and vital parts that make us human, this is not about resisting progress but about pausing to reconsider the foundation from which we evolve. It is an exploration of how we can hold, honor, and embody the truth that we are not just individuals, but part of a vast, interconnected biological, psychological, and spiritual greater whole. We are as much nature as the trees and waters; we are body and psyche, past, present, and future. We are an interwoven dance of it all, in connection with everything. HUMAN RE is about creating spaces—outside, inside, and interpersonally—that recognize the importance of physical environment, inner landscape, relational dynamics, and mystery. These are places where one can settle, soften, and listen. Spaces where the nervous system can unravel, where breath becomes a bridge, and where the body’s wisdom can be heard again. Spaces where the signs of the psyche can emerge and be explored with curiosity. Bridging conscious and unconscious and integrating all aspects of the self through embodied experiences. Safety, resourcing, and loving presence are the foundation for attunement, reconnection, processing, and integration. From this deeply embodied place, one can open, evolve, and expand. It is never about fixing or assuming something is broken; it is the opposite. It is about holding oneself and others in the intelligence of their own complexity and wholeness. It is about returning to what was always there, hidden beneath layers of conditioning, ego, protection, and survival. The more we understand and integrate our unconscious, the more whole, authentic, and evolved we become—not just as individuals, but as a collective.

We set ourselves up for suffering when we tie our hopes and wishes to a single moment, expecting the turn of a calendar page to do the work for us. Intentions are seeds, not switches. And if we ask for something big, we must also be ready to hold it—to receive its lessons as much as its gifts. I asked for ease, lightness, expansion. Instead, I was met with quite their opposites. I resisted—until I saw that this, too, was part of the journey. And though it may sound cliché, there are moments when feeling this truth is far harder than rationally and conceptually understanding it. Life swings like a pendulum—sometimes from one extreme to the other, sometimes settling in the middle. It shifts like the seasons, each one necessary for the next to unfold. And so, I am learning to loosen my grip—to trust the rhythm of it all.
 And in ways I didn’t expected, I found what I was longing for. In surrender, I found ease and even humor and playfulness. In sharing vulnerability, I experienced some of the most beautiful moments with truly wonderful people in my life. In slowing down, I discovered the wisdom that was always there. And in keeping my heart open, I created space to hold it all—with softness, self-responsibility, trust, and the quiet knowing that every season has its place. Butterflies no longer wary of the wind, Safe enough to land. Sprouts reaching for the gentle warmth of the sun, daring their way through the dark— Blooming in delicate green— Life moves, unbound. A knowing hums in the marrow, A deep recognition of the endurance of the soul, A remembrance of the spark That carried me through the roughest winters. In reverence of the seasons of the soul, Lasting as long as they must— An invitation, an initiation, To go within.
